This premium lakeside condo is only steps away from the water’s edge and is only a short walk to Geneva Beach which has a floating dock, ideal for swimming and fishing. The calm waters of Lake Aspen also serve as the perfect spot for kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding.
Through the front door, located up the small flight of stairs, are two private bedrooms, each with their own full private bath and scenic views of the lake. The primary suite is complete with access to a private balcony, perfect for watching the early morning sunrise off the lake and a full size bed. The second bedroom offers additional sleeping arrangements for children or guests, with a twin and queen-size bed.
Downstairs, lounge by the wood burning fireplace in the open living area or prepare your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Regardless of your vacation desires, this one-of-a-kind condo is guaranteed to satisfy your vacation needs.
