We send out check in instructions 3 days prior to your arrival, within this email we will ask you for all guest's names over the age of 18; to provide us with the physical address of your booked location and the door code.

Full refund up until 30 days prior to your arrival when booked directly through our website. Bookings on separate channels (Airbnb/VRBO) are subject to the cancellation policies outlined on the booking channel.

Dogs are not allowed on the community beaches.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times within Innsbrook.

Some of our locations have firewood but it is never guaranteed, we never know how much the last guest has used and what amount is left. Also, in rainy weather the wood could be wet. We do advise you pick up a dry bundle on your way in, usually all the stores at the Wright City exit have some and the Market within Innsbrook may have some as well, during their open times. You are also able to use any fallen branches and sticks around the grounds for kindling and firewood.

(On a side note, I always bring a Firestarter log, so I don’t get frustrated 😉 )

Our properties have minimum allotment based on the size of the location, 1.5 cars per bedroom. For any clarification or visiting guest of the booked guests, please call our service desk at 636-373-7272.

Innsbrook is a private resort, no fishing licenses are required.

The water toys are specific to the properties, please look at the description on the individual property page for what is located at that property, we try to depict this in the outdoor pictures. Our condos do not have water toys, but all guests are able to bring their own or rent them at the Aspen Center Rentable Water Crafts.

All of our properties have drip coffee makers, with a few packets of coffee and creamer provided, and some also have a Keurig, a few K-cups provided as well. (Listed on Amenities/Kitchen photos on the website will show the coffee makers.) Chalet 2362 The Trautwein Treehouse only has a Keurig.

The minimum age for our renters is 25, there needs to be someone of age throughout the stay at all times.

Unfortunately, none of our properties have a recreational golf cart during your stay, nor does Innsbrook resort rent golf carts but here is a link that will, they will drop off and pick up Rentals • M&M Golf Cars.
