We had a mini family retreat to celebrate our youngest son’s 40th birthday. 576 Aspen View was the perfect house for our stay. First the house is very clean and well kept, decorated beautifully, yet livable. Aspen View has large areas for groups to gather for games, TV watching, visiting or just relaxing. Bedrooms were set up nicely to accommodate our large family group. We loved all being able to gather around the table to eat. Did I mention, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The outdoor space was just as nice. The deck was nice and large with sitting areas to watch activities in the yard and water. The home is equipped with kayaks and paddle boards to keep everyone occupied. Then there is a fire pit with several chairs and benches so everyone can gather for s’mores. We would stay here again.
We love this property and can't wait to come back!

The house was meticulously clean and easy to find. The house was equipped with everything we needed in kitchen. The patio is beautiful and overlooks the lake. I would highly recommend this property. The house was Close to the pools, park and golf course. The staff was wonderful.
Aspen Cottage was well-supplied and comfortable for our family vacation—-ages 7 months to 69 years old! It rained one day but there were games and books to keep the kids busy.
Very good house for our group of 6 adults and 5 grandkids.. (ages 3-8) Big enough, and well appointed. We are quite likely to want to book this house next summer for our group.

The house we rented was perfect for our large family. We will definitely book here again
The location of the house was great. At the end of a small cove. Very quiet. A huge plus, the property came with 2 paddle boards, a canoe and 2 kayaks. All the kids both young and old had a blast. The house was clean and well cared for. Also had ping pong, and several other table games. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. Hope to come back soon.
The house was perfect for our stay! Tons of room, extremely clean, and had all the amenities we needed or wanted. That and the wonderful lake front location made for a great weekend getaway.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the serene “Aspen Cottage”! There was plenty of space for us all to unwind and enjoy the beautiful lake view and natural surroundings from the back porch and great room! The cottage was well appointed with new TV’s with ApplePlay and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! We spent plenty of time exploring the surrounding area on bicycles and the provided kayaks, and paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back next year!
I stayed at Aspen Cottage for a peaceful rural weekend. Watching the sunrise across the lake from the privacy of the large deck with a cup of coffee was a highlight. The house is spacious with numerous rooms and all of the amenities we needed. Everything you’d expect for a top tier lake house experience.
A lovely home on a secluded cove! My husband and I spent the weekend with two other couples, and all enjoyed our stay immensely! Upon arrival, we were impressed with how graciously this home was furnished. It didn't feel like a "rental" but rather an upscale home that we were borrowing. Everything was fresh and spotless. A large great room with comfortable seating around a fireplace proved to be a great venue for reconnecting with our friends. Not only does this home have a four season porch, it also boasts an extensive patio along the back of the house which has plenty of seating and tables and where we spent much time both reading and relaxing as well as eating together. While we didn't get the chance to use the fire-pit, we really had fun using the cornhole set near the water. Some of our group brought their kayaks and took advantage of easy access to one of Innsbrook's largest lakes. This appears to be one of the few properties where you don't have to navigate a steep grade down to the water. If you are looking for a large house for a reunion of friends or family, this is it! We definitely hope to be back for a longer stay.
