Our stay was fabulous! Everyone had a great time. That beds were cozy, the living spaces inviting, and the hot tub was relaxing!

I have stayed in a ton of Airbnb’s all over the world and this was truly one of the best! The surroundings were gorgeous. Even in the dead of winter we saw tons of deer and birds and really interesting plants and trees. The house was spotless and stylish. The fireplace and hot tub made the weekend so cozy. The hosts were so helpful and always immediately available over text. They have so many fun games - that scrabble board is so cool! ? My daughter and I had everything we needed to cook nice meals. The beds were comfy. Even though it was a pretty rainy weekend, we were still able to do one of the hikes which was really lovely and very well marked. Even just driving around in Innsbrook is so peaceful and gorgeous. It was a perfect stay and we would definitely return - we would love to come back sometime when we can be outside even more. And we will. My daughter lives in St. Louis and it’s very easy to get to from there. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The Treehouse was quiet, stunning, so cozy and well appointed. Dane and team were very responsive, had clear instructions but weren’t interruptive. Everything was wonderful and we couldn’t have spent NYE in a more beautiful, peaceful place. It was perfect and we’ll absolutely be back! (Hopefully during the wet season to see the waterfall.)

Great cabin very clean. Our kids loved the hot tub and the hiking trail! Definitely recommend!

Great stay!

Our family spent Christmas at the Treehouse. It was exactly as described, welcoming, and serene. The kitchen and house in general is fully stocked, there is also plenty of fire wood. The fireplace is adorable, the hot tub is a nice touch. The amenities in the community are also very nice. Our children loved the playground, we enjoyed the gym and market. Our family had an amazing time and would definitely consider coming back during the summer months if we are back in town as the pool and lakes look like a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed our stay. We’re local to the area so understand the location was a bit remote but that is exactly what we were looking for. The place is extremely cozy and felt like home away from home. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fireplace. The home has everything needed for our family stay.

Wonderful stay with family in the woods with the trees and nature surrounding us. Saw lots of wildlife and the house was cozy. The house was very well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. Kitchen was labeled and stocked with everything needed. Loads of games and puzzles and plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was awesome and fireplace was out to use every day.

Everything about the cabin was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The amenities were fabulous, and I could tell everything was very well thought out!

Loved the privacy in the woods. Surrounded by trees with a hot tub and firepit was primary on my list. Will def stay here again. Bed was comfy. Tv access was easy. Was told to bring my own firewood but they also had some new cut wood there also. Everything was very peaceful and we felt refreshed after our time in the woods!

We spent a long weekend at this location and enjoyed every bit of it! Myself and 7 of my friends were looking for a quiet, pretty place surrounded by nature to relax and make our ways through our mile-long reading lists, and this place delivered! The house was clean and perfect for our needs. I spent most of the weekend enjoying the deck overlooking the forest, but a few others took advantage of the hot tub (also very clean) and the easily-accessible hiking trail. The only downside of this reservation was that we only booked 2 nights! We enjoyed the weekend so much that we're already planning ahead for the next one!

The cabin was wonderful. It was updated and decorated beautifully. Hot tub and deck and gazebo were awesome. Good firepit and loved the quiet and privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The house was well appointed and easy to find. We appreciated the amenities at Innsbrook and that we were able to easily access them.

The treehouse air bnb was adorable and my group had a great time there. Lots of outdoor space and on a very private lot.

This cabin was comfy and cozy for a rainy spring weekend. The hot tub was an amazing amenity, and the couches were all so comfy. We especially enjoyed the privacy we felt and the tree filled view. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and perfectly open and big with plenty of counter space to cook big meals together. We loved that everyone fit so easily around the kitchen table. Absolutely would love to stay again someday!

This cabin was everything you see in the pictures and MORE! We absolutely loved every minute we spent in this cabin. To begin, the entire resort is gorgeous. I wish we had planned more time to have enjoyed all that the resort had to offer. The cabin itself is so well appointed. The views are stunning. The decor and outfitting is so welcoming. It felt like we had been invited into someone’s beautiful home. We loved the hot tub and the trail system is literally out the back door. When we arrived at the gate the attendant told us about the best waterfall in the resort and the trail that leads to it. Come to find out, that trail happened to be the exact trail that starts at the base of this cabin. We could hear the waterfall from the deck! We visited in April and the water was flowing! We hope to return again next year!

The Tree House property 2509 was awesome .Had everything we need to cook and celebrate Easter.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the tree house. The home was well stocked, cozy, and super clean! We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and the fire pit during our stay. Also several members of our group took advantage of the beautiful weather and hiked to the waterfall. This home felt so serene and private it was perfect for our needs and very affordable! I had several questions leading up to our trip and always got a response very quickly. Overall, can’t say enough great things about the location and the home itself. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to celebrate my husband’s 60 th with our adult children. Had plenty of space for the 7 of us. We loved the wood burning fireplace since our weekend was nothing but rain. We enjoyed the plethora of games that were available. The kitchen was well stocked for our meals. I would suggest bringing baggies or your own food storage containers for left overs. The grill worked great too. The outdoor space is beautiful but unfortunately we did not get to use it. We did do a muddy hike to the water fall. It was spectacular!! We want to rent this home again one day when the weather is better. Loves being cozy with our family!!

I appreciated saving some money booking direct with you all vs doing Airbnb or VRBO. The communication leading up to our trip was clear and easy to follow. The house was amazing!! Not only did my kids love it, but I did as well. It was very well stocked with beach towels, kitchen supplies, games and lots of things to do! We were very comfortable during our stay and can't wait to go back! Also, the waterfall was just an incredible addition. I just couldn't believe it was in the back yard basically!

Communication was excellent and the process went smoothly and was very easy. The house was beautiful and well stocked with anything we needed. The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed and there were games, movies, blankets, extra pillow, etc. We could not have been more happy with our stay and the house!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was the perfect getaway- so relaxing. There cabin amenities were great. Lots of cozy blankets, games to play with our family and friends, a lovely fireplace. It couldn’t have been more comfortable for our group.

The house was beautiful - clean, well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. I had trouble getting my laptop connected to the TV via HDMI and someone from Innsbrook spent a lot of time with me to get it to work. The Innsbrook people were very responsive to all of our inquiries.
