Great location w a variety of activities for various age groups
The booking was easy, the customer service was responsive, and the resort was relaxing and pleasant. I would recommend placing a map of the resort with the amenities on it in the rental unit so we know where to go.
1. Property was well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. 2. Hot tub was a huge plus. 3. Close to beach. 4. Beautiful tree house views. 5. Peaceful and quiet and felt safe. 6. Staff was responsive to the few issues we had like a beeping fire alarm.
It was a bitter sweet experience, we were staying in 2362 alpine lake drive however the air conditioning system crashed. I appreciate the Innsbrook management team for their quick follow up and resolution of the problem and assigning us a new rental, preventing our holiday from being ruined . we would definitely come back and recommend it
I absolutely love Innsbrook. It is our second time back! However, I was disappointed to see that the kayaks were not available for rent on Monday and Tuesdays. Outside of that? The overall experience was fantastic!
We used an Airbnb, but will look into Innsbrook specifically next time.
