The gate attention was amazing and I loved that the kitchen has gallon zip locks for my leftovers and the bedding was so soft and the bed in the loft was excellence and the grill outside was clean and ready for use and there were toys for the grand daughter and the view was special as well. I loved the like new utencils as well!!! Great Job! Perch owners!!

Great stay! Stayed for a friends reading retreat and it was exactly what we needed. Dane was super proactive in letting us know road/weather conditions so we could plan our arrival safely. Would definitely book again!

This cabin was perfect for a fun getaway!!

This cabin was lovely! The service was excellent. One morning the lock on the door needed to be re-set and the staff was prompt in fixing it. The woods were lovely too. We saw deer, foxes, geese and otters. The leaves were just changing color. It made for peaceful morning coffee sipping to gaze out the windows. Check out the nearby Pumpkins Galore!

Had a great stay. The Perch had everything we needed. It was comfortable and relaxing and we'd definitely stay there again.

1203 whitetail point drive was great! It was very well appointed, there were many items in the rental that we found to be useful. The beds were very comfortable and we comfortably slept 7 adults.

The Perch at Innsbrook was the perfect place for my family to come together. The location was beautiful. at night the stars were brilliant. Everything was perfect and we will return as soon as we can. Dane was an exceptional host, it was a pleasure.

Dane’s place was a home away from home. It was clean, and beautiful. The pictures matched the description and there was a guide inside the home to answer any and all questions. We were traveling with our 4 year old and Danes home had more than I could have asked for in regard to kids ( games, toys, books, and high chairs). I highly recommend even for just a couple nights away from home.

My kids and I enjoyed the stay! We will definitely return. The cabin was comfy and clean, wildlife and nature views are spectacular, and everything about our weekend was perfect. The cabin was fully equipped for families.

The cabin was lovely and we enjoyed the time we spent there. It is far away though and we were there for a specific reason (family reunion), so I doubt we would venture all the way back there. But it was nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. Thank you.

The property is gorgeous and secluded. There is plenty of sleep space and they even included an air mattress. I will definitely be returning!

The chalet is older but has been updated and has all the amenities you would need for work or vacation. Unlike some places in Innsbrook, the water pressure is great.

Stayed here several times now traveling for work. Updated cabin in a secluded cabin with good WiFi and all the amenities you could need.

The place was really lovely. Completely surrounded by trees and nature. The inside was cozy and also worked well for working. We were very comfortable here. Perfect getaway. The place was very clean and well kept. Almost zero complaints. We did however find a bug in one bed and a lizard inside, but you are surrounded by nature so it can be expected something will slip through. Would definitely stay again! Here or anywhere in the Innsbrook Vacation area!

I am working in the area for the next two years and like having a “home” option over hotel rooms! This property is secluded and well appointed. Perfect for all my needs. I stayed in this unit in the winter and access was tough, but now that the weather has broke it’s perfect!

Very nice staff at the gates that were very helpful. The cabin was clean and very relaxing. It was nice and quiet and plenty of wildlife spotted from deers grazing in the morning to squirrels chasing each other between the trees in a distance. They had games and things for toddlers to do as well. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be coming back here.

The place was so well stocked and clean! Perhaps too clean… I was sitting on the back porch and waved my wife over from the living room and she walked right into the sliding glass door.

Such a nice, peaceful location! We loved our time here, and really enjoyed making a fire.

It was a great experience and a perfect getaway for the weekend to unplug. We would definitely come back!

Lovely staycation in the woods. Very peaceful and quiet in Innsbrook in March. Would recommend. We were working from home and the wifi was great. Great escape for a few days.

My family spent such a great weekend at Dane's cozy and comfortable place. Everything is perfectly accommodated. We definitely want to revisit it (or Dane's other lodges).

The chalet was great! Only suggestion would be to add a TV to the bedroom.
