We had a lovely time at our rental. Booking was a breeze, communication prompt and everything was as described (if not better). The binder with all the FAQ type stuff was much appreciated and I was pleasantly surprised to find a closet full of games and toys as well as a children's book collection in the upstairs loft. The kids were thrilled to hear new stories at bedtime. This was such a lovely detail.

The property's dock has a board that had a dangerous hole and needs replaced. Otherwise great stay.
